Our D04HPX demolition and sorting grab is equipped with the cylinder-free and low-maintenance HPXdrive system. This means a service life that is up to 50% longer, a constantly high closing force and versatile use thanks to the integrated shell changing system. This robust tool was designed for all types of light demolition and sorting work. The gripper is also used in water protection areas, for example, because the self-contained and hose-free design means that no hydraulic oil can escape. Thanks to the rigid mount to the carrier and the flat rotator with 360° continuous rotation, the tool is extremely mobile. The KSW03 quick-change adapter for the L-Lock system is already installed. The cutting edges made of material with a hardness of 500HB are changeable and can be used on both sides. Optionally, the 4-Grip gripping device for e.g. manhole rings can be attached to the gripper. The gripper is ideal for excavators with an operating weight of 2t to 4t.
